Announcing: The CheesyB Bike Training Plan

It has been a long time since I have been on Slowtwitch, and it shows in my waistline. I have just started to get unlazy, and have a bike training plan that I developed for myself.

My current fitness is approximately “Untrained Slob”. Although ANY plan will work for me for a while, if the CheesyB bike training plan works as intended, I hope to post it here to be helpful to some of the other untrained slobs lurking on these forums. We untrained slobs have to stick together lol. !!!

Current Stats: 6’3" male, 44 yrs old, 230 lbs, about 25.5-27.5% bf (the bf scale I use seems to give different bf measurements at different times of day).

After 6 months or so, I will put up what I have done. There will be spreadsheets and details of progress. The primary goal of the first 6 months or so of my plan is improved health, and any speed improvements are just a byproduct at this point.
