I’ve got the Challenge Atlantic City iron distance in three months. Unless they posted something in the last 8 hours or so the on course nutrition is a mystery? Has anyone done Challenge races and if so what drink, gels etc… did they hand out? I’ve heard rumors but nothing is official and it would be nice (and necessary) to start training with it. While I’m on this post can anyone comment on their experience with Challenge? Possibly in comparison to a WTC IM distance? I decided to give Challenge a whirl since the timing and location was great for me. Thanks!
The on-course nutrition for Challenge AC will be **Gatorade Endurance **(fluid replacement drink) & the G-Series Gatorade Carb Energy Chews. The energy gel has also been confirmed & should be made public this week. I will be sure to follow-up on this thread as soon as it’s official.
