FIST Fitting advice (1)

I recently had a FIST fitting, well happy with the final position, now I’ve had a few rides to adapt.
My stack and reach measurements ended up as 490 stack and 445 reach.
Trouble is my Tri bike, Kestrel Airfoil Pro, is a bit short on reach for me. I’m shorter legged, longer torso according to the fitter.
From the fit, I have my Adamo saddle set at 15mm in front of the BB.
I have had to use a 140mm stem, and have the tri pads forward of the h/bar to get the correct pad distance from the saddle. It Works ok, bit it has felt a fair bit twitchy at times.
Looking at the stack/reach charts for various bikes, not many are close to my stack/reach, in fact my Kestrel is probably the closest!
Any recommendations for a frame that will fit me better?
Many thanks

Yes, a 140 mm stem sounds long-ish, but you haven’t given enough info yet to really help answer:

Things like aerobar stack and reach play a role too. For example, if you’re riding low but using a high-rise aerobar means your frame has to be super-low.

Thanks for reply, I will read through the linked article later at home.

As for more info, if I knew how to post the PDF file I would add it here.

I am riding with 110mm of drop,
cockpit 820mm,
saddle height 715mm,
Extension length 385mm
saddle tip to armrest 470mm

I do recall the fitter saying maybe the older Cervelo P3’s were longer and lower, is there anywhere that info is available?
Thanks
