Just wanted to get an attaboy out there for HED Cycling. Had a couple of spokes break on me last season and got my Jet 9 to them for repair. They did a great job taking care of me and I’m back in business for the 2014 season. Thank you.
I’ve got to second that motion…HED just recently kicked some ass on a Stinger Disc that I was having issues with.
I’m guessing you guys are in the USA?
I recently got a wheel through the australian agent, and there are a couple of issues with the build. It’s been a month and I can’t get a response out of them 
any HED USA folks out there willing to help?

Another very content HED wheels owner. Had a problem with a hub, which they replaced and overnighted back to me so my wife would have her wheel in time for a race. Didn’t even charge for the overnight shipping although I offered to pay for it.
A friend of mine bought a set of HED Ardennes that he put about 17k miles on before breaking a spoke. He sent it back to HED to have it rebuilt (and of course expecting to pay for the spokes, labor, shipping, etc. etc.). HED rebuilt the wheel for a very minimal charge (can’t remember what it was, but it was less then what he paid to ship the wheels to HED).
Customer service like this means many happy customers that will return for other wheels & parts. We have 3 sets of HED wheels plus a Disc and when people ask for wheel recommendations, it’s always HED.
It probably does help if you live in the states.
My brother’s company is a couple of doors down from HED HQ in MN and he says they drive some nice cars…when they are not riding to work like this crappy winter that won’t go away…another snowstorm hitting tonight :(.
