Help me with my cadence sensor, please!

My Garmin 910 is not displaying my cadence data on one of my bikes. Works just fine on my Trek but not on my Orbea. Trek has duo trap cadence and Orbea has the GSC 10 speed/cadence sensor. The sensor is paired but in “Bike setting” for the Orbea the “Sensor Details” do not display the Sensor ID number. I did press the little button on the cadence sensor and spin the crank (the light on the sensor blink when the crank passes) until it syncs. When I turn on my Garmin I see the message that CS is detected. But I can’t get any data!

How do I resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.

Is the display not showing a cadence field or is the field there but not showing data?

Did you set up the bikes separately (i.e. have Bike1 and Bike2) on your Garmin?

when you spin the crank and the sensor passes do both color lights light up?

When I switch between bikes, I re-scan for the sensor. Then, it works flawlessly.

I do have a field, but no data for Orbea. I set up the bikes separately.

OK, I think i found the problem! Battery lid wasn’t close tight enough. Now everything works fine. Sorry about that and thanks for trying to help me!
