Hi guys! Woulmline to ask if any of you had experienced the problem that i haved encountered with my garmin 910xt and garmin gsc sensor, last saturday i did a long brick training,i i used the 910xt paired with the gsc sensor to know the cadence of my ride and speed and distance. It worked perfectly then right after i switch it to run mode for my brick run training. Then i cleaned the bike with a wet sOft cloth last sunday. Then this afternoon was gonna do my bike intervals on my my trainers i used my garmin 910xt and paired with the gsc sensor. It paired But the problem the speed and distance is not working only the cadence. What could be the problem of gsc sensoR ? Thank you very much !!!
I would check that the magnet and arm of the speed sensor are still vert close. There is a good chance you moved them too far apart by accident. Hope it works out.

Yes i just checked it has less about 10mm gap with the magnet. Still not working… Thank you very much

Did you try and pair it to the 910 again?

I was surprised by the reference to 10mm. The manual advises: “Move the sensor arm to within 5 mm of the spoke magnet. You can also tilt the GSC 10 closer to either magnet for improved alignment.” You can also try a new CR2032 battery and see if that makes a difference.

Have you done the check with the LED to ensure that the GSC is picking up the wheel magnet?
Make sure the magnet doesn’t pass in front of the arm, it has to pass the “arm” at the portion with groove in it, which is towards the end of the arm. The whole arm doesn’t sense.

I don’t have the directions anymore, but I thought it needed to be within 5mm.
