Just ordered my Roka Viper Swim Skin from Roka for Honu 70.3 coming up in May. After I ordered it I realized that I forgot to enter my 10% slowtwitch discount code so I replied to the confirmation email from Roka, and literally in 2 minutes my paypal account was refunded with the discount amount and I got a personal email thanking me for the order, confirming the refund and giving me some tips on how to handle the suit in my first few water sessions. Very classy organization they have over there.

Anytime I have had any interaction with ROKA it has been very positive.
