S3 vs S5 geometry?

Can someone explain to me how the new S3 and current S5 can have the same stack if the head tube lengths are different and all other measurements on chart are the same?
Am I missing something?

The axle to crown length on the forks is probably different.

Fork. dropped downtube.

Well I forgot about the fork length/rake etc
I agree about stack and reach and it’s all I do look at. Wouldn’t care about head tube length otherwise other than its differs by 6mm between models and the stack is listed as same. So something else must differ to account for that and I was simply drawing a blank.
All good anyway been considering doing a “David Millar” and swapping a S3 for my S5

stiffer BB and head tube with more compliant rear triangle for mrs 4W of drag. the 20% extra stiffness in BB probably worth more than 4W. and weight penalty from S5 VWD is acceptable.
Of course my real hope is a new S5 is on the horizon.

well if the S3 rides more like the R5 then it is a benefit, aero issues aside. I just became curious when I saw David Miller riding it this year. Its not like he doesn’t have his pick of bikes in Cervelo line to ride or the Garmin boys are stuck on 3 series bikes.
Like I said more curious than anything else and have fingers crossed for new S5. Plus I hate red bikes.
