I believe Euro size 42 is 42 whether it’s mens or women’s. Only US sizing assigns an arbitrary number to men and women’s that means nothing intrinsically.
The shoes I’m selling is Euro 42 = US Men’s 9. According to Specialized’s sizing chart, Euro 42 = US Women’s 10.5. If that sizing sounds right, then it should be good for you. Men v women’s fit may be slightly different but I can’t speak to that
