How about the cross dressing person. At 4 different locations, there have been employees where I wanted to say “that woman is a man, baby”.

Haven’t seen this problem in Florida. But when I lived in Northern Virginia and worked in Downtown Bethesda, there was a Chipotle next door to my office and nearly all of them didn’t speak English. El Salvadorian I suppose. A guy I worked with wondered if he came onto one of them, she might sleep with him for a little extra cash.

Not hoping to get political on this, but here goes. So the SEC is going to punish Chipotle for hiring illegal immigrants. The reason, because it impacted its financial statement disclosure? Do we need any more proof gov’t is too big, too siloed, to inefficient. I bet the SEC has its own SWAT Teams.

This is almost a job requirement.
OMG! I just got back from my local Chipotle, and while there has always been 1 or 2 employees with excessive piercings today there were 3 people on the serving line with rings in their noses. This is in addition to the huge gauge piercings in their ears (as well as several other employees with odd piercings). The oddest figure might be the short Italian lady, who looks like she could make a MEAN Italian meal. But nope, there she is, dishing up pico and hot sauce!
How ironic that I bring Chipotle back to the office having just witnessed this, and this is the first thread I see when I open ST.

Because you always see it. At the chipotle today, I saw all this stuff listed, except illegal immigrants, but I gotta save some denizens for others to add.

If you’re ever in the Denver area pay a visit to a Tokyo Joe’s. In addition to extreme, excessive body piercing I think it’s also company policy to have 95% of your visible skin tattooed. No matter which shop I’ve been to behind the counter looks like something from an ol’ timey circus freak show. but the food is good.

My town has a Chipotle and a Panda Express next to each other.
Chipotle employees are normal folks. Panda Express - all hispanics that can’t speak english.

Aside from fast food, where are those people going to work? These are going to be the people who, in 20 years, will complain that minimum wage is not enough for them because they’re still stuck working at Chipotle since nobody will hire a 40-year-old with gaping holes in his earlobes and tattoos that can’t be covered.

Aside from fast food, where are those people going to work?
