So, I’ve followed DC Rainmakers tips, but would like something that lets you select dates to sync. Does anyone know of a site that would allow you to sync between TP and Strava? Thanks!

If you can export all TP files (coded with the date), then it is easy. You can import into strava by emailing files to upload@strava.com from your registration email.

Tapiriik doesn’t allow you to select dates to sync. It just syncs everything. Personally I was hesitant about this at first, but now I’m quite happy about all the KOM’s and CR’s that I earned in 2004 when I was 10 years younger.
