I’m looking for a recommendation for a 70.3 training plan. I have the book “Essential Week by Week training guide”, which was a great book for me last year. I’m looking for a training plan that includes tests and training based on Heart Rate (powermeter would be a big plus), that has some variety and a little more high quality workouts.
Don Fink’s, Be Iron Fit has 3 levels of complete IM training schedules (vs working out confusing programs in Friel’s book) that could be easily adjusted for HIM.
