I have been riding forever and notice with time i tend to have more difficulty rotating my pelvis due to muscular tightness I assume. What muscles do I need to address, the upper hamstings?
Possibly the hamis, but it is hard to say without doing a full analysis on you. Could be weak internal rotators, excessive anterior pelvic tilt, externally rotated feet, etc. Do you ever do any dedicated stretching sessions for more than 10 mins or yoga? Increased flexibility overall could help if your just tight.

I think as triathlets go we are very tight in the hip due to cycling long hours and then running. This video is interesting.
Good luck.
