Is the whole bike new or just the groupo?
If the entire bike is new that seems like a great deal. I have a 2011 R3 that I paid considerably more for as a brand new bike. I had a frame problem in 2012 that Cervelo replace with a new 2012 frame.
If only the groupo is new then the price may or may not be good depending on the condition of the frame, wheels bars, etc.

Seems like an outstanding deal unless I’m missing something. I love mine and wouldn’t hesitate buying another. I wasn’t crazy about light blue stripe on my replacement frame but it doesn’t bother me now.

It’s a good deal. I have a 2010 R3, and it’s sweet. I’m not terribly fussy about Rival. I have it on 2 bikes and would prefer 105. Endurosport is selling 2013 R3s with 105 for 2300.
I’m not a huge fan of SRAM road shifters (although my road bike has SRAM Red), but the R3 is a fantastic bike. Price seems pretty good as well.

2013 R3 with 105 can be had for $2000 +hst in Toronto I can get the '12 for $200 less but it does have rival double tap set up.

You certainly won’t be disappointed with the R3. It’s a great bike. I have a 2012 R3 Team with SRAM Red that I absolutely love. I bought the frameset (frame/fork/headset/seatpost) with SRAM Red group (minus the crankset) for about $1450. If you’re buying brand-new, that’s a pretty good deal.
