Cervelo’s one and only R3 cyclocross bike (circa 2006). Built for former USA National Champion Jonathan Page and ridden to a Silver medal in 2007 UCI World Cyclocross Championships. Based on the award winning Squoval tube shape but specifically deisgned for the pound and demand of off road riding. The Rcx was never put into production and to our knowledge Cervelo is not currently planning a cross bike for their line up.

I happened upon this beauty at Endurosport in Toronto this weekend. “Is it for sale?” you may ask. As did I… to which the response was, “well, everything is for sale, for the right price” .

I like the build, it would be a great CX bike. I rode my R3 on all sorts of terrain and it handled well, I would have kept it if I could have squeezed a CX tire on there. Maybe when they come out with a disc version a Rcx will become more viable.

Retrofitted with electronic shifting.
Nice bike, but already behind the technology curve.

Not sure why they even did that. This bike likely never gets ridden. It’s a museum piece.

That is awesome. I would buy that bike in a heartbeat if Cervelo ever brought it to production.
