Anyone have any recommendations for pools I can swim in around 6am when I am visiting Jacksonville FL on work this week. I am on the south side of the city near the fancy outdoor mall if that helps.
Brooks YMCA. They may even still have a Masters group at 6AM if you want to drop in on them.
La Fitness on University just off of 95. Opens at 5a and you can get a 3 day pass online. 3 lanes, never closes due to thunder 
Check the UNF pool. I swam there while a family member was at Mayo. It was an easy drive from the Town Center area.

As someone else suggested, Brooks YMCA (indoor jr Olympic) is your best bet in that part of town. Of course, the Atlantic is nearby, too.
Be weary of the three day pass. Tried to do the same thing with a friend that was in town, but apparently you must have a.local license.
Closest to town center might be Kernan and Atlantic location.
Brooks is good, an you get two free days.
Episcopal High School is close to downtown. M/W/F we swim at 530 am and it’s long course right now. it’s a good master’s group. you can come at 6 and stay until when you want. we have people that stay till 8-9am. they wont/shouldnt charge you if youre just in for a few days. they havent done that in the past for people just using it for a few days.
