Apparently Gerry B. spoke at a county council meeting confirming that WTC is looking to keep eagleman going and expand Chesapeakeman.

Cheasapeakeman becomes a M-Dot event and sells out in 7-minutes, I can’t wait.

But I am happy to see the event continue and this was likely its sole hope.

You’re right, so close to major cities, it will sell out. The same race that couldn’t get 250 people without the name.

And yes, better to have a race there than to not have a race there.

It will be funny though when people ask if you have heard about the new Ironman coming to Maryland!
