I have tendonitis on the inside of my left ankle wrapping around bottom. i run in newton distance 2013 model. i didnt train at all for a half marathon. someone transferred it to me and i couldn’t resist a free race. in result i have had tendonitis…
considering getting hoka bondi b 3, not sure if cushion will affect tendonitis caused from impact… or is just the motion of running irritating the tendons and regardless of shoe i will have tendonitis until it goes away.
