A link to web md reporting on a presentation at the Cardiology meeting indicating running more than 1-2.5 hours per week at a slow pace may shorten your life. I would like to see the original study; the linked report makes little sense but will probably make headlines.

The article actually said 2-3 hours a week of running improves your life but running over 20 miles a week reduces longevity.

The science is there.
